We collect your data in order to prepare and send you an estimate for your event based on the information you enter in the estimate request form provided for this purpose. Data retention period

The personal data entered when you request an estimate is retained and may be accessed by our departments only as long as required to prepare the estimate and follow up on this estimate. Data on a prospect who does not respond to any solicitation for a period of three years is deleted.


Your rights and how you can exercise them

Pursuant to Articles 16 to 19 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective as of May 25, 2018, you have a right to correct and delete all of your personal data. Article 20 of the GDPR, commonly referred to as “the right to data portability”, grants you the right to recover your personal information if you wish to transfer it to another environment or service. Who can access your data and how is it transmitted?

Our employees and subcontractors access the data when you request specific services (animation, catering, etc.) as part of the organization of your event. They only have access as required to fulfill your request. They are all subject to a strict confidentiality obligation.


Transferring your data abroad

We only transfer your data to a country that is not a Member State of the European Union if this country provides protection that is equivalent to that provided in France. To measure our website’s audience, we use Google Analytics.
